The 2015 festival is bigger and better than ever! We have more chefs, more stalls and more events, including a new ‘Festival Party’. The festival is free to enter with both free and ticketed events.
Let Levi Roots, Prue Leith, Valentine Warner, Peter Sidwell and many more entertain you with their culinary magic in the Chef’s Demo Theatre.
The chefs will be hosting talks, a ‘Kitchen Question Time’ and an array of cookery demonstrations. Tickets are £5 in advance, £10 on the day.
Enjoy a fantastic opportunity for a small group cookery lesson with Levi roots, Valentine Warner and Prue Leith, as well as Michelin starred chefs Andrew Pern and James Mackenzie.
Betty’s, Steph Moon, Tim Bilton and Jonathan Batchelor also star.
Diana Henry and Prue Leith are among the expert tutors who will guide you through a delicious hour to remember.
With beer, wine, honey, seafood, cider, spices and sausages, there’s a tasting for everyone.
Central to the festival’s success has always the excellent stalls and amazing Yorkshire street food. This year we have more stalls than ever with the finest Yorkshire produce.
The Children’s Zone will be full of cooking and crafty workshops from biscuit decorating to pizza making, storytelling to dragon stone making.
Groovy Moo ice cream tasting will also be taking place all day in the Talbot Yard – everyone welcome!
