Owner of Ramus Seafood, Johnathon is a seafood expert of the first order. Enjoy his take on the best fish and shellfish from this time of year!

3pm – Antonio Carluccio – the man, the legend!
Godfather of Italian Cuisine Antonio is one of the world’s most renowned cooks and food writers. He has written dozens of cook books and was the first to coin the phrase ‘Yorkshire’s Food Capital!’ Antonio’s cookery demo is likely to feature foraged mushrooms which are his great passion!
Central to Malton’s foodie success has always been the excellent stalls with a wide variety of food from all across Yorkshire.
At the Game and Seafood Fest you will taste some amazing street food. This includes Hepy’s, replacing their usual hog roast with venison, and The Mussel Pot, who cook fresh mussels in butter an garlic, right in front of your eyes. There will be oysters, champagne, roast venison and a host of our autumnal and summer produce.
Live music includes the White Star Brass Band and many more bands TBA.
Talbot Yard Food Court
Talbot Yard Food Court includes Groovy Moo Ice cream, Roost Coffee Roastery, Food 2 Remember butcher, Passione Della Pasta and Bluebird Bakery. There is also now Britain’s first Butter parlour ‘Butterbees of Malton’, Brasscastle Brewery, Costellos famous pie shop and the newly opened Yo Bakhouse.
