Jake Jones, sous chef at James Martin’s Talbot Hotel restaurant will be giving a live chef demo at the next Malton Monthly Food Market. Jake who has also worked at the award winning L’enclume restaurant will be giving tips of how to make amazing restaurant standard dishes and telling a few stories of working with the Saturday Kitchen star.
